SEARCHING FOR OUR NEXT PASTOR
Salem Missionary Baptist Church invites you join us in prayer as we discern God's direction and recognize the person God is calling to be the church’s next permanent pastor.
The pastor must be called by God and be a Baptist Minister willing to serve as the spiritual leader of the congregation and within the community. The pastor must have a vision to build and grow the congregation, both spiritually and numerically. The candidate must adhere to the biblical qualifications for a pastor, as outlined in Jeremiah 3:15, 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:5-9. Additionally, the pastor must also exhibit the fruit of the Spirit as found in Galatians 5:22.
